Fill out this form (click above) if you will be competing in at least 2 athletic teams during the school year. This will exempt you from the Wellness Requirement for the school year. You will still need 46 credits to graduate.

Access your school email and search “parchment”. You should find several emails with an invite for creating an account. Click on the link in this email and you should automatically have your name and email on the screen to start an account.  

Answer only required questions to complete registration. You do not need to complete a full profile. Make sure to add a secondary personal email address to your account. From there, click on "Order".

Talk to your school counselor about this option. This is only available to 12th grade students who have a full schedule, and would like to exempt the Wellness Requirement for this school year.  You will still need 44 credits to graduate.

You can obtain this form after talking with your school counselor.

Click above for information on how to register for the Driver Education Course through NICC. This course is not taken through DCSD, however, you can earn an Elective/Applied Learning credit by submitting your Completion Certificate. You can also earn credit through private driving academies by providing a copy of your completion certificate.

Fill out this form in order to receive Elective Credit for your Drivers Education Course that you took outside of school.
