Fill out the form if you are a 12th grade student, have a full schedule, and would like to exempt your Wellness Requirement for this school year. You will still need 46 credits to graduate.

This course is not taken through DCSD, however, you can earn an Elective/Applied Learning credit by submitting your Completion Certificate. You can also earn credit through private driving academies by providing a copy of your completion certificate.
